I have a particular interest in working with
- stress, burnout and work-life balance (with a special emphasis on the particular needs of high achieving professionals)
- quality of life issues (including mid-life crisis, life goals and spiritual values)
- personal / professional development.
The combination of skills I offer is fairly unique in Norfolk, and I am probably the leading practitioner locally on stress, burnout and work-life balance.
The best thing to do is to book an initial session, which will give us both the opportunity to see what you are hoping to work towards, where you are starting and whether we feel there is enough of a 'fit' for us to work well together.
We can then agree what seems the best way forwards for you.
Please note: Sessions are usually during normal office hours, or early evenings, during the week. I am not able to offer sessions at the weekend.
Payments
Payment is made after each session, and I can accept cheques (payable to Jacky Walker Ltd) or cash. Alternatively, payment can be made online using your debit card, credit card or Paypal account, in advance of the session. (Note: Paypal charges a small transaction fee which needs to be added to the total fee paid.) Please follow the link, or ask for details.
I am registered for VAT, so all fees include VAT at the prevailing rate. My VAT registration number is 911 6986 07.

For King's Lynn appointments only, you can also book direct with the Natural Therapy Centre, King's Lynn on 01553 777133. The reception is open Tuesdays to Fridays 8.30am to 4pm.
