Open Meets
Every month we have an Open Pub Meet and an Open Cafe Meet, at which you can meet Jacky Walker, see a slideshow about Social Buddies, ask questions and - if you wish - join on the spot. Check our website for dates of forthcoming Open Meets.

Women's Shotokan Karate Classes       Sunday mornings  11am, ongoing
The Self Defence classes we held for our members have been great fun, and some members have wanted to take their skills further. This has led to these public access Shotokan Karate classes starting, a mixture of self defence skills and karate skills, with a discount for Social Buddies members. Can be taken as a regular class or as a drop-in class.
