Women's Shotokan Karate Classes

Dan Keane-Cockburn, under the banner of 'Aemhai Karate', is extending the format of his popular self defence classes into 'Women's Shotokan Karate Classes'.
 
Starting 20th of September 2009, Sundays 11am to 12pm at the Manor Rooms in Trowse.
 
These are are on going lessons that run all year round. The aim is to develop women's self cofidence, personal awareness and individual development. The format is Shotokan Karate and this allows, if a student desires, to become graded in karate all the way up to black belt. However this is a long term goal. Students can come on a regular basis or as drop in classes.
 
The lessons cost:

Monthly rate:                 £20 a month (saving £10 a month)
Drop in sessions:           £7.50 a lesson.
